What is Ten-Grain Powder? What is the function of ten-grain powder?
Ten-grain powder is made of brown rice, rice, wheat, oat, raw wheat, red pearl barley, black sticky rice, Mung Bean and millet. Grinding all of them together to become nutritious powder. According to the research, there are fibre, vitamin, vitamin E in grains which can boost our health. It can be used to lower the chance of coronary artery disease or cancer. It is a good food for people who seek for healthy life, but no everyone is suitable for this kind of food.

How to eat?
Put 25 gram of powder in a cup and add 200 c.c of hot water. If you prefer the creamy texture, you can use hot water. Vice versa. Switch water into milk, juice or soy milk to add flavour and if you like more chewy texture, add oat.

Recipe
It is nice to eat it as breakfast or afternoon tea and the powder can also make different snacks which are not only tasty but also healthy.

ten-grain powder 100 grams, 40 grams pancake powder(you can replace with cake flour and add 2 grams soda powder), 120grams of water and milk, eggs

 

Way to make:
1. Mixing all the ingredients mentioned above together
2. cover the mixing ingredients with food wrap and let it cool for half an hour
3.pre-hit the pan and add a small piece of butter or thin layer of oil and then pour a spoon of batter
