Return Policy

Delivery Time and Method

Delivery options:We offer deliver to your homes in various methods, HCT Logistics, President Transnet Corp. Convenience store pick-up 

Delivery Condition:

【General Goods】On working days, after finishing the payment, we will arrange the delivery in one to two working days. It is not included orders made during weekends or holidays.

【Pre-ordered Goods】We will send out the products in order basing on what we write on the page. But, it might encounter delay due to incontrollable reasons, we will certainly inform you the delay.

【Bargain or sale items】We will post out the products in order as soon as possible, but no guarantee within one to two days as mentioned above.


Delivery Time:

Deliver to home-Taking two-three working days。(But if the traffic is busy or the location is far away, it might take extra two to three days to arrive)

Convenience Store-It will take three days to arrive the branch that you assigned.

All the delivery time will be arrange by the logistic companies. We only provide general information.


Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy Details:

According to Consumer Protection Act, consumers have 7-day  appreciation period (starting from signing and receiving the parcel and included weekends and holidays).

Please note that appreciation period does not mean you can test and try the products. Please do not open the package if you are not sure whether to keep the items. Please check whether the parcel with correct products and amount or the condition of the goods within three days (included weekends and holidays)

If you would like to return or exchange the products in appreciation period, please provide your information, like name, telephone number, address, order number, item returned or exchanged to our email or Line@. We will contact and confirm with you the further step in three working days (not included weekends and holidays). After that, we will deal with your return or exchange. By the way, international orders do not apply on Return and Exchange Policy

According to the Civil Code Article 184 first, it is illegal to abandon and not pick-up your parcels in purpose

Conditions that we do not agree with return or exchange, please take a look in order to protect your own right:

·         Have received the products for more than seven days

·         Have opened the package and the original packing is missing

·         Special items that we have put notice saying no return or exchange after opening the package, like personal hygiene products, consumable              products, electronic toothbrush...etc.

·         It you purchase a set, please return all the gifts or other products in the set. Cannot just return the products; everything need to be returned.

·   If the product is not the original condition and look as you ordered from us(please makes sure you will keep the item before you use it)

·         If the package is removed, but there isn't any damaged or faulty on the goods; no return or exchange

·         If you order the wrong goods by mistake without any other reason, no return or exchange 

·         If the item is on sale, no return or exchange


 Apply for Return:

A.  The parcel needs to be stayed in the same condition as we delivery out, including every possible things in it like the product itself, accessory, freebies, warrantee card, package (bag, box or paper) and other document. If there is anything used, missing or damaged, this will have the influence on your right of return and exchange. We have deduct the cost of repacking the product. We suggest that you could keep the original delivery box until the appreciation time  . The uncompleted item cannot be returned or exchanged (except faulty item).

B.  If you purchase consumable items, personal hygiene products, like accessory, electronic toothbrush..etc. Once it is opened, we could not give you a return or exchange. If you think there is a possibility to do the return or exchange, please do not remove the package. Except faulty products, other condition that we will charge extra fee for clean and renew the products

C.  After you apply for return or exchange, if we cannot reach you in 15 days causing unable to continue the process. The application will be deleted and you cannot apply it again.

D.  About additional purchase: if your order include additional purchase item, you have to return the whole transaction and buying the items you would like to keep in a new transaction. If the new transaction does not reach the price to have additional purchase, you will have to buy the items in normal price. If the purchased item and additional purchase item are the same, the return and exchange will consider the additional purchase item as priority.

Apply for exchange:

A.   The exchange is mainly for faulty items. Once you receive the parcel, please check whether the products are completed. You can make a video while opening the parcel (including the parcel itself plus receipt). If passing seven-day appreciation day (including holidays) and you also cannot offer video as a prove; we are sorry that we do not offer exchange. In case any dispute happened, please check your items carefully when you open the parcel.

B.   Exchanging the faulty item, we only offer exchanging the same style, colour and size item.

C.   If you purchase consumable items and personal hygiene items, like accessary, electronic toothbrush..etc. Unless it is a faulty item, once you open it, no exchange allow.

D. If the item is damaged, scratched or stained  because improper opening the package, this will cause us unable to resell the item. We will not accept exchange.

E. Because every laptop has different screen resolution, the colour might be slightly different with the products you receive. The standard of exchanging is based on the suppliers.

F.   The delivery label should not stick directly on the product's box; please use additional box in order to prevent any damaged of product itself and package. This might have influence on your right of exchanging.

Refund process:

After receiving the return item, we will check whether the item and package meet the standard of return. If everything is fine, you will receive your refund by the payment method that you used to place the order.

A.   The delivery fee of return or exchange is on the customer. The amount NT 300 will be deducted from the refund. Delivery fee is a necessary cost for deliver and return the item, so we are unable to refund you the delivery cost.

B.   We will process your refund in 5-7 days after checking the return item.

C.   Credit card: You might receive your refund next month if you use credit card to pay

D.   ATM:The amount will be deposited into your account, please check

E.   Cash on deliver: Please provide the account details for refund (name of the bank, branch, code, name of the account) and send the information to our email or Line@. We will process the refund in 10-14 days after checking the items. If there is any questions, please contact our customer service

※ BTW, the process days do not include weekends and holidays.

 

Additional Condition

※Our products are limited and in small quantity, so if there is a chance that we do not have enough stock for everyone. The first one placed the order gets the item. Hope you understand.

※If there is any terms and conditions from Mogather Co. Ltd are changed, we will announce on the website first. And then taking place.
